Crepes with Salted Butter Caramel Cream
This caramel custard is a dream to eat alone or add to sweets.
Ingredients

250g Flour

4 Eggs

10cl Milk
Preparation Method
- For the pancake batter: Pour 250 g flour into a bowl and make a hole in the center. Add 4 eggs beaten with 10 cl of milk, 25 g sugar, and 1 pinch of salt. Mix, incorporating the flour little by little, from the edges to the center. Dilute with 40 cl of milk and incorporate 25 g of melted butter. Leave to rest for 2 hours.
- Cook the crepes in a frying pan or crepe machine. Serve while still warm, with pancakes with apple compote, and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
