Cream Coffee Pudding

Ingredients

500ml milk

100 gr milk chocolate, chopped

35 g cornstarch
Preparation Method
- Bring 300 ml milk and 100 g of coffee candies to the boil in a saucepan while stirring
- Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate until completely melted
- Mix the remaining milk with the sugar and cornstarch
- Heat the chocolate milk and stir in the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil briefly
- Let the pudding rest for 5 minutes and then stir vigorously again. Pour into 4 glasses
- Mix the cream with the vanilla sugar
- Finally, divide the cream between the 4 glasses and decorate to taste
