Cottage Cheese Pie with Pumpkin Jam

Are you going to serve a snack and don’t have ideas to make a sweet? Prepare this curd pie with pumpkin jam. Decorate with crumbs and walnuts and it’s ready to serve!

  1. Mix the sugar with the corn starch, add the curd and beat very well with the mixer.
  2. Whisking constantly, add the eggs, one at a time. Add the cream and lemon zest and mix well.
  3. Line a pie pan with a mobile base with the pastry plate and spread half of the candy over the bottom.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the fan-assisted function with a lower rack for about 35 minutes or until the surface is golden.
  5. Carefully spread the remaining candy over the surface of the pie and sprinkle with the roughly chopped walnuts. Serve warm or cold.
