Cottage Cheese Pie with Pumpkin Jam
Are you going to serve a snack and don’t have ideas to make a sweet? Prepare this curd pie with pumpkin jam. Decorate with crumbs and walnuts and it’s ready to serve!
Ingredients

20 g corn starch

1 pc cow curd

3 egg L

1 lemon (zest)

1 sanded dough

1 pc pumpkin jam

60 g walnut kernels
Preparation Method
- Mix the sugar with the corn starch, add the curd and beat very well with the mixer.
- Whisking constantly, add the eggs, one at a time. Add the cream and lemon zest and mix well.
- Line a pie pan with a mobile base with the pastry plate and spread half of the candy over the bottom.
- Pour the prepared mixture over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the fan-assisted function with a lower rack for about 35 minutes or until the surface is golden.
- Carefully spread the remaining candy over the surface of the pie and sprinkle with the roughly chopped walnuts. Serve warm or cold.
