Chocolate Fondue with Cookies
The crunchiness of the biscuit or cracker combines perfectly with the creaminess of the melted chocolate, not to mention the taste. The result is very similar to those mouth-watering chocolate-dipped biscuit recipes!

400g 70% Dark Chocolate

300 ml of semi-skimmed milk

Butter Sablés Biscuits
Preparation Method
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Once melted, mix it well with a fork to obtain homogeneous chocolate.
- Stirring constantly, gently add the liquid cream and then the milk, depending on the desired consistency.
- Pour the chocolate into the fondue container and keep it warm.
