Chilli with meat

Some say it was born in Mexico, others say it originated in Texas. What is certain is that chilli con carne is a delicious and very popular dish. And with this recipe, you’ll see how easy it is to make!

  1. In a medium, pan place the olive oil, the onion, and the red pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the meat and garlic. Brown well. Season with chili, paprika, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the tomato, the vegetable stock, and the drained beans. Lower the heat and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with the sliced avocado, the nachos, and the coriander to taste.
