Chilli with meat
Some say it was born in Mexico, others say it originated in Texas. What is certain is that chilli con carne is a delicious and very popular dish. And with this recipe, you’ll see how easy it is to make!
Ingredients

500 g minced beef

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 pc (100 g) chopped onion

1 unit (125g) diced red pepper

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

chilli powder
-
300g diced tinned tomatoes
-
400g of cooked red beans
-
1 avocado
-
2 tbsp. chopped coriander
Preparation Method
- In a medium, pan place the olive oil, the onion, and the red pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Add the meat and garlic. Brown well. Season with chili, paprika, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the tomato, the vegetable stock, and the drained beans. Lower the heat and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes.
- Serve with the sliced avocado, the nachos, and the coriander to taste.
