Cashew Drink
The cashews after soaking are soft and smooth, completely easy to crush, and therefore this cashew milk does not need to be strained.
Ingredients

2 cups cashews (raw)

8 cups of water
Preparation Method
- First of all, you need to soak the cashews for about 4 hours or overnight in the fridge.
- In addition to making them soft and mushy, it will eliminate phytates (anti-nutrients).
- After this time, discard the soaking water and wash the cashews well under running water.
- In a blender or with a magic wand, place the cashews and water. Grind for about 5/7 minutes until you get a milky and creamy liquid.
- It is not necessary to strain but if you prefer you can do it.
- However, there are no leftovers like in almond milk, and all cashews are practically wrapped in milk.
- Place in a container (preferably glass) in the fridge for about 3 to 4 days (preferably in the coldest part of it).
