Canned Sardines Torricado with Pepper and Watercress
A good snack to enjoy the summer.
Ingredients

2 pieces of Onion, sliced

1 garlic clove minced

1 Red Pepper, sliced

1 Yellow Pepper, sliced

coriander
-
40 g of watercress
-
4 slices of Saloio Bread
Preparation Method
- Saute the onion and garlic in a little oil. Let it cook for three minutes.
- Add the peppers and continue to cook over low heat. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped coriander.
- Toast the bread, put a little watercress on top, followed by the pepper mixture and, finally, the sardines.
- Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.
