Butter Waffles with Lemon Mousse

250g cream cheese

30ml lemon zest

150ml condensed milk
Preparation Method
- Place the cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, and condensed milk in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Place the mixture into a serving bowl and leave it in the fridge for 30 min.
- To serve, sprinkle on the mousse, two coarsely crushed Butter Waffles. Serve the mousse with the remaining waffles.
