Butter Crisps with Salmon, Pesto and Peas
Salmon for the whole family, a very fresh recipe! Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

120g Pevide pasta

30g grated parmesan cheese

100g frozen peas
-
1 tbsp cream
-
fresh mint and dill

Nutmeg
Preparation Method
- Cook the pasta in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain and wash in cold water. Cook the peas in the chicken stock. Add a little cream and mix until you get a smooth mousse.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper and sauté in olive oil. Turn the salmon after 2 minutes and sprinkle the butter crisps and parmesan cheese over the fillet.
- Prepare a salad with the fresh mint and fresh dill and mix with olive oil, salt, pepper, and the remaining crumble. Fry the pimento pastry with butter and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
