Butter Cookie Mousse

This recipe is so good that it can and should be enjoyed from January to December… It always tastes good!

Preparation Method

  1. Crush the biscuits until they become powdery. Heat the milk, add it to the crushed biscuits, let it absorb well, and crush again.
  2. Add the condensed milk and salt and mix again to obtain a homogeneous purée.
  3. Whip the cream with the sugar until it forms a whipped cream. Then carefully fold it into the previous mixture.
  4. Place in a large bowl or individual bowls and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve.
