Butter Cookie Mousse
This recipe is so good that it can and should be enjoyed from January to December… It always tastes good!
Ingredients

350 g butter biscuits

400 ml milk

1 pinch of salt

Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Preparation Method
- Crush the biscuits until they become powdery. Heat the milk, add it to the crushed biscuits, let it absorb well, and crush again.
- Add the condensed milk and salt and mix again to obtain a homogeneous purée.
- Whip the cream with the sugar until it forms a whipped cream. Then carefully fold it into the previous mixture.
- Place in a large bowl or individual bowls and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and serve.
