Bruschetta de Mozzarella and Presunto
Like many other rustic dishes, the origin of Bruschetta dates back to rural Italy. It is made from leftover bread, toasted on the grill and coated with garlic and/or olive oil.
Ingredients

4 pieces of bread

2 unit Cloves of garlic

2 unit Fresh Mozzarella

200 g Ham
-
Handful of rocket
-
Handful of Cherry Tomato
Preparation Method
- Slice the bread diagonally.
- Toast the bread with a drizzle of olive oil on a corrugated grill.
- Once grilled, scrape in the garlic cloves.
- Cut the Mozzarella cheese into cubes.
- Separate the slices of ham.
- Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven with olive oil, honey and some crushed garlic.
- Place the slices of bread on a platter and lay the Mozzarella cheese and the ham on top of them. Drizzle with olive oil and add the rocket leaves.
- Garnish with roasted tomatoes covered with honey and salt.
