Breaded Cucumber Pickles
These crispy cucumbers are an amazing snack or side dish at your next meal. serve with your favourite sauce!
Ingredients

2 eggs

1 tablespoon water

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon garlic powder

wheat flour
Preparation Method
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs, water and soy sauce. In a separate bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder and dill.
- Add a little flour to a plate. coat each cucumber pickle in the flour, followed by the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Place each breaded cucumber on the tray of the fryer. Cook at 200 °C for about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
