Biscuit Cassata with Strawberries

400 g strawberries

150 g butter biscuits

150 g unsalted butter

50 g icing sugar

Preparation Method
- In a bowl, place the butter and chocolate, broken into pieces, and melt them in a bain-marie, stirring from time to time. Remove from the heat, stir in the sugar, and then the egg yolks, one by one. Beat the cream with the icing sugar until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the chocolate cream. Crush the biscuits until they become powdery and set aside. Wash the strawberries, remove the stem, cut them into pieces, and dry them. Prepare the chantilly according to the packet instructions and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, arrange half the chocolate mousse, crushed biscuits, and strawberries. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Finally, pour the chantilly mixture into a piping bag and decorate the surface of the dessert. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
