Beef with Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
Ingredients for the meat:

400g of beef

1 onion cut into cubes

1 green pepper cut into cubes

2 garlic cloves
-
50ml of Shaoxing wine

2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger

1 tablespoon arrowroot flour
Ingredients for rice:

200g washed basmati rice

Preparation Method
- Season 400g of beef with 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 50ml of Shaoxing wine and 1 pinch of salt. Fry the meat and its marinade in sesame oil.
- Bring 200g of washed basmati rice to the boil and cover with 2 measures of water for the amount of rice. Season with salt, cover and let it cook.
- Remove the meat and fry 1 onion, 1 green pepper and 2 teaspoons of chopped fresh ginger.
- Add the meat, 100ml of vegetable stock and 70ml of oyster sauce. Let it cook.
- Dilute 1 tablespoon of arrowroot flour in a little water, pour it into the pan and let it thicken.
- Serve with white basmati rice.
