Barbecue Ribs
Ingredients

1 pork rib

Clove

1 tablespoonful of cumin

2 tablespoons fennel leaves

Rosemary

Thyme

2 garlics

Orange zest

Orange juice

Balsamic vinegar
Preparation Method
For the Sauce:
- In a mortar, crush the cloves, cumin, fennel leaves, unground black pepper, and salt. Place the obtained mixture in a large roasting pan and add the herbs (rosemary, bay leaf, and thyme) and the garlic, all previously chopped.
- Add the zest of the orange and its juice, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, and four tablespoons of the Pimentón de La Vera Picante Smoked Paprika DOP.
- Finally, we add a bottle of Ketchup, and a drop of olive oil and mix them intensely
For the spare ribs:
- Mix the meat in the roasting pan with the obtained barbecue sauce, wrap with foil and bake in the oven for an hour and a quarter at approximately 180°C.
