Baked Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Chipotle Sauce
A perfect accompaniment to your burger.
Ingredients

4 potatoes

¼ cup parmesan cheese

¼ cup chopped parsley
Chipotle sauce

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Put a drizzle of olive oil in a baking dish and place in the oven to heat the oil.
- Prepare the potatoes by washing and cutting each potato into 8 to 12 slices (depending on the size and thickness you want). Remove the dish from the oven (be careful with your oven gloves as it will be hot) and add the slices to the heated oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Put the dish back in the oven for about 30 minutes (turning the potatoes after 15 minutes) or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined and creamy.
- When the potatoes are ready, remove from the oven and top with grated Parmesan cheese, truffle oil and chopped parsley and serve with mayonnaise sauce.
