Avocado with egg and chilli sriracha
Breakfast, lunch or dinner – this recipe is delicious for any time of day.
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

4 eggs
-
4 strips of bacon, lightly fried

Fresh herbs
Preparation Method
- Cut the avocados in half and scoop out some of the flesh from each one before arranging the avocados on a baking tray.
- Carefully place an egg in the centre of each avocado half and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Sriracha Chilli Seasoning on each egg (add more if you wish).
- Cut the bacon into pieces and sprinkle over each of your eggs. Place in the oven and cook for 12-15 minutes at 220ºC.
- Remove and top with a sprinkling of fresh herbs and serve with roasted/fresh tomatoes to add a touch of colour to the dish.
