Apple with Caramel
A perfect dessert to combine the tartness of the apple with the sweetness of the caramel.
Ingredients

10 small apples

200g roasted peanuts

400 g of caramel candies
Preparation Method
- Wash and dry the apples.
- Put a toothpick into each one.
- Roughly chop the peanuts.
- In a baking dish, place the sweets and cream and place in a bain-marie, stirring occasionally until melted.
- With a spoon, cover the apples with the caramel and sprinkle the peanuts, pressing a little with your hands to make it stick.
- Place them on a greased baking sheet and refrigerate until hardened. Keep in the fridge until serving time.
