The Puy Bio green lentil comes from an agriculture that respects nature. Its taste and texture (firm when cooked) are obtained thanks to the terroir of the Haute Loire.
Do not hesitate to add it to a salad, a small savoury dish, with fish, or even as a dessert.

Pour 160g green lentils into 500ml boiling water and leave it to cook for about 20 minutes if you like it crispy.
