Manzanilla olives are probably the most well-known in Spain and are sometimes known as Spanish Olives. They are usually picked unripe and are small to medium in size.
Well round, fleshy, soft pulp, with small core and smooth taste, they are therefore versatile in the combination of flavours.
The Plaza Del Sol Olives stuffed with red pepper contains red pepper, previously roasted.
These are known as “Olive Cocktail” for being part of the recipe of the famous “Olive martini cocktail” of the James Bond films.
Ingredients:
Pitted green olives, water, pepper paste (6%) [pepper, stabiliser (E401)], salt, flavour enhancer (E621), acids (E330, E270), antioxidant (E300).
Allergens:
May contain traces of fish, crustaceans, lactose, almonds and sulphites.
Storage:
Pasteurized Product. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 6 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Perfect for aperitifs, accompaniment or for the making of cocktails.
