Pasco is one of the market leaders of award winning natural Indian sauces with an authentic taste and easy to prepare. Tandoori is a spicy sauce made with meat in a tandoor (clay oven). The slightly hot Pasco Tandoori Paste contains garlic, ginger, coriander, chilli and Indian spices.
Ingredients:
Tamarind, Garlic (15%), Ginger, Coriander, MUSTARD powder, Mixed Spices, Chilli powder(1%), Cumin, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Cardamom (0.1%), Colour: E122, E129, Acid: E330, E260.

Preparation Suggestion:
Mix 2-4 tbsp. of Pasco Tandoori Marinade Paste with 1 tbsp. yoghurt and 2 tbsp. butter then add to 400/500g of meat. Marinate for 2 hours then roast, grill or BBQ until the meat is cooked. Serve with Naan, salad or rice.
Usage Suggestions:
Add fresh ingredients such as chicken or vegetables, then marinate and prepare the food in the oven or on a grill. Serve your tandoori with chutney and naan bread.
