“Josen Kinkan” – is ordinary Japanese sake, a very easy and pleasant. His taste in harmony sweetness and dryness, which accurately and precisely emphasizes subtle flavors of cereal and cypress. Sake “Josen Kinkan” made of polished rice. After polishing rice retains approximately 75-77% of the original weight of the grain. Also used in the preparation of the drink-koji yeast (yeast for special cooking rice wine) and high-quality alcohol. This drink is very popular in Japan and served in many cafes and restaurants. Sake “Josen Kinkan” can be used in pure form, cold, ice, heat, it can be heated or serve with tea.
