Product Description
It is a long grain brown rice with a reddish-brown husk, with an oaty smell. It is harvested at full maturity to preserve its delicate taste and texture. This brown rice is also grown in small quantities and mostly in mountainous regions. It is naturally dried by wind and sun.
Brown rice is one of the brown rice varieties with many nutritional properties. It has many advantages: particularly rich in vitamin B6, minerals and fibre.

Keep in cool, dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Add 1 volume of rice to 2 volumes of water. Pour the rice into a pot of cold water, cover and bring to a medium heat. The cooking time for this rice is as long as for black rice. It takes 20 to 25 minutes. When the water is absorbed, taste the rice. If desired, you can continue cooking for a few seconds to make it softer. Once the cooking is finished, carefully stir the rice with a spatula to aerate the grains. It will become soft and slightly crunchy.
Usage Suggestions:
You can serve the rice with meat, fish, vegetables or as a salad.
