Usually fished between January and April, has become highly wanted for being an subtle, crunchy, tasty and cheaper alternative to Caviar. The Lumpfish Roe, has a very subtle taste, clean and salty as the ocean. Their roe are naturally brown and could be dyed black or red in colour according to the customer’s needs without ever compromising the integrity of the product itself.

LUMPISH roe (FISH) 82%, water, salt, thickener (E415), spices, preservative (E211), acidity regulator (E330), colour (E160c, E120).

Storage:
Store between 0º and 4ºC. After opening consume the whole product.
Usage Suggestions:
Serve with toasts or blinis, always as a topping for appetizers or entrees.
