This exotic-coloured Himalayan salt was formed in the primitive seas more than 250 million years ago and is extracted from the ancient seabed at the foot of the Himalayas near Pakistan. The chefs consider this variety of rare and precious salt to be the purest that exists, due to its extraction and manual washing followed by drying under the burning sun.
