From the original Western Ligurian recipe, this is a specialty obtained with top quality ingredients and prepared from the mixture of our Riviera’s own basil, with pine nuts, sheep’s milk cheese, salt, a touch of garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Added to the strained dough, it exhales the sweet aroma of its Mediterranean flavors.
