Prosecco Rosé 1821 is the pink version of the Cuvée 1821, a successful prosecco that reflects the Zonin group’s desire to offer an entirely Italian sparkling experience. The design of the bottle entrusted to Pininfarina’s creative ability responds to the idea of timeless beauty, with an essential, clean and functional line that leaves its mark.
It comes from a blend of the varieties Glera and Pinot Nero vinified separately, respectively in white and red, and from a sparkling process in an autoclave by the Charmat method, in which it rests for 60 days.
It presents itself to the eyes with an old pink color. The nose opens with floral notes enriched by intriguing almond sensations. In the mouth it is seductive, elegant and engaging.
It is excellent to combine with creamy dishes or to enjoy late at night with friends.
