Udon is one of the most consumed foods in Japan. It has a simple and delicate taste and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. It is great fried (called yaki udon) or in a soup stock with toppings of your choice. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients:
Water, WHEAT (GLUTEN)) Flour, Thickener: Hydroxypropyl starch, Salt, WHEAT GLUTEN, Acidity regulator: Lactic acid, Thickener: Sodium alginate.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within the same day.
Preparation Suggestion:
For stir fry: Fry meat and vegetables until cooked. Add Udon and sauce to the stir fry. Use tongs or chopsticks to loosen the noodles, and fry for 2 more minutes. For Soup: Boil in boiling water for 1 min. Drain well and add to hot soup.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal for soups and stir-fries, or used cold in salads.
