This pack contains soba noodles, made from a combination of wheat and buckwheat flour, which are ideal for using in stir fries or soups, as well as in a variety of hot and cold noodle dishes. Suitable for vegetarians and free from additives and preservatives, these noodles are the ideal healthy substitute for pasta.
Soba noodles are traditional Japanese noodles made with buckwheat flour. Yutaka soba noodles are easy to cook. Once boiled you can serve in a soup stock with toppings such as freshly chopped spring onions, grilled chicken, prawn tempura or fried tofu. Just like how the Japanese enjoy them.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Instructions: Add Soba Noodles to boiling water and boil for 4-5minutes. Rinse under cold water (to remove starch and prevent overcooking) and drain. If serving in hot soup, quickly blanch noodles in boiling water before use.
Usage Suggestions:
With a subtle earthy taste and wholesome texture, soba is often enjoyed in noodle salads and other cold Japanese noodle dishes. It is also perfect in hot noodle soups.
