Mild and flavourful Japanese rice vinegar, ideal for light salad dressings, marinades, pickling mixtures, sauces and dips. This rice vinegar is also perfect for those that want to make their sushi vinegar the traditional way.
Rice vinegar is a very mild and mellow type of vinegar made from rice. It is an important part of Japanese cooking and can be used to make Japanese pickles, as a salad dressing, or mixed with sugar and salt to make sushi rice vinegar.
Ingredients:
Water, Rice (22%), Salt. 4.5% Acidity.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Sushi seasoning: Cook 250g of Yutaka sushi rice.
Mix 3 tbsp of Yutaka Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of salt together and fold into the cooked sushi rice after the rice has cooled down.
