Product Description
This is a pure Italian tomato vinegar. It is not made with added wine vinegar or alcohol, only fermented tomato juice and subsequently acetified after an acetification process.
It is a top quality product because it is not pasteurised and is not microfiltered, which is why you can find residues of the mother vinegar at the bottom of the bottle.
UMAMI tomato vinegar does not have an artificial taste, and is not too acidic either, it has a taste reminiscent of roasted tomatoes that lingers pleasantly in the mouth. This vinegar goes perfectly with raw and cooked meat, fish and vegetables. It can also be an excellent vinegar to make a vinaigrette with a Mediterranean flavour. In addition, our tomato vinegar has all the nutritional properties of the tomato.
