Thursday Cottage award winning curds are slowly and gently mixed in their curd kettle until they are ready to be filled into jars.
Ingredients:
Cane sugar, lemon juice (14%), pasteurized Free-range EGGS, pasteurized Free-range EGG YOLKS, BUTTER (MILK, salt), gelling agent: citrus pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, lemon zest (0.1%), lemon oil.

Storage:
Store at ambient temperature. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 4
weeks.
Usage Suggestions:
Delicious stirred into whipped cream and used as a filling for sponge cakes or added to a tempting dish of plain yoghurt for a quick and tasty dessert.
