Made from a blend of gluten-free cereals, tapioca, buttermilk, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, this is a gluten free cracker.
Ingredients:
BUTTERMILK, tapioca starch, GLUTEN-free oat, rice starch, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil (11%), maize starch, crystal sea salts (5%), GLUTEN-free malted barley, autolysed yeast, sea salt (1%), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.
