Product Description
Add a spicy touch to your desserts, apple pies, fruit jams, poached pears and homemade almond cookies. Use this cinnamon-flavored sugar in cottage cheese to caramelize the creme brûlee.
The brown sugar in this mixture comes from the partial refining of the cane syrup. It contains 5% molasses, which gives it a brown color and a subtle cinnamon aroma. After harvesting, the cane is pressed to extract the syrup. And the last process is then heated to evaporate the water and to concentrate the sugar that will agglomerate and crystallize.
