Mustard with grilled spices comes from an age-old Reunion recipe! This mix of spices makes this mustard a perfect condiment.
About 500,000 seeds are needed to obtain 1kg of mustard. To do this Dijon mustard with Grilled Spices, the seeds are ground and mixed for several hours with verjuice to get a rid of the strong bitter taste which it has at the end of the production stages.
This mustard is made with a blend of grilled spices which includes garlic, coriander, sesame, cumin and fenugreek. A perfect condiment!
