Product Description
This drink is a decoction of spices, to which water or milk can be added. In Ayurvedic medicine, widely used in India, it contributes to the balance of body and mind.
Prepared pure, in decoction with water, chai is a good idea to rediscover the aroma of spices. To do this, you have to put 200ml of water in a cup, add a teaspoon of chai digestion spices, boil for 15 minutes, then filter.
For an Indian chai latte: put a cup of water and a cup of milk in a pan. Add 2 teaspoons of chai digestion spices, 1 teaspoon of black tea and 2 to 3 teaspoons of sugar. Boil for 15 minutes. Filter and serve.
In Ayurveda, spices are widely used to bring well-being to the body and mind, unlike our Western culture, which uses them more in cooking and in small doses, to bring aromas and flavors to dishes. Thus, each spice has Ayurvedic properties, to combine and dose for an ideal action:
– Fennel: it is a good tonic for the stomach and intestines. It also has diuretic and anesthetic properties.
– Green anise is effective in the treatment of digestive disorders and helps to combat general fatigue.
– Anise is often used for transit well-being and is indicated in Ayurveda to relieve digestive pain.
– Green cardamom acts on the digestive system. In addition, it improves the circulatory system and brings clarity and joy to the mind.
– Finally, cinnamon is a universal remedy. This spice warms the body and is beneficial against winter diseases. In addition, it improves digestion, relieves pain in joints and teeth.
Ingredients:
Fennel, green anise, green cardamom, cinnamon and star anise.
Storage:
Keep in a dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
1tbsp per mug. Brewing: 10min at 100ºC. Decoction: 15min at 100ºC. Simmer the spices before serving. Enjoy during or after the meal.
