Product Description
The black cardamom has aromas of eucalyptus and notes of very ripe citrus fruits perfectly combine with Asian and Oriental preparations. Once crushed, this spice sublimates a carrot puree, a chicken tagine with crunchy vegetables, an almond and fennel cake or a white fish with sauce. You can also infuse whole seeds in tea or coffee to add a spicy touch.
It is preferable to use it coarsely mashed with a mortar to preserve all its gustatory qualities.
