Carnaroli rice selected by Tartuflanghe: Italian Carnaroli Rice.
Complete powder preparation for white truffle risotto
freeze-dried CHEESE (MILK, salt, rennet), powdered whey MILK, powdered CREAM, potato maltodextrin, salt, anhydrous BUTTER, powdered EGG yolk, freeze-dried Italian White truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.16% (like 0.9% of fresh truffle), natural flavors.

Storage:
Keep in a cool and dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
1 – In a non-stick pot toast the rice at medium-high heat without adding any fat ingredients (neither oil nor butter). 2 – Add 750 ml water and 1 level teaspoon salt. 3- Cook at low heat and with closed lid for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4- When the rice is cooked and the heat is off, add the powder seasoning and mix well until it is well blended. 5-Serve it nice and hot.
