Tartuflanghe’s contemporary version of the famous Italian sauce: guanciale is replaced by Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).
Prepared with 20% eggs yolk barn, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Pecorino Romano PDO, with no cream or milk added.
It is the first Carbonara Sauce with long shelf life, as creamy as homemade.
Pour directly over pasta, without adding cooking water. Recipe for 4 servings.

Water, EGG yolk 20%, PDO Parmigiano Reggiano CHEESE (MILK, salt, rennet), PDO Pecorino Romano CHEESE (sheep’s MILK, salt, rennet), summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt) 2%, corn starch, salt, black pepper, natural flavors.
