Product Description
Practical and ready to use, the truffle are preserved in olive oil, so you can keep them in the refrigerator for several days after opening. To garnish your dishes and enriched your special recipes lay directly on top, after the preparation. The olive oil can be used as a dressing.
As their name suggests, summer truffles are harvested earlier than burgundy truffles, from May to August. They are most often found in the southern part of the distribution area of the species, notably in the Mediterranean climate areas of France, Italy and Spain.
Ingredients:
Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt), water, salt.
Storage:
Keep in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening (+4°C) and use within 3 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Cut the truffle into thin slices and use in cold or hot dishes. For a more intense taste use the truffle juice, which is obtained from the fresh truffle, while it is cooked.
