Excellent with pasta dishes, risotto, egg recipe, as a filling for crepes and omelettes or for the preparation of tasty sauces.

Ingredients:
Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 95%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, natural flavour.
Storage:
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the fridge (+4ºC) and use within 5days.
