Anchovy and Butter is a classic Piedmontese aperitif enriched with truffle, in a tube, with Italian summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).
This is a creamy and versatile spread prepared with Italian Summer Truffle. Try it on both hot and cold dishes: on eggs, pasta, risotto and meat fillet.

BUTTER 26%, CREAM, water, salted ANCHOVIES (ANCHOVIES, salt) 13,5%, MILK protein, corn starch, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 1%, modified starch, natural flavor.
