Product Description
The smoked salmon of the St. James Scotch Reserve is delicately cured and smoked on scottish oak chips for its distinctive yet delicate flavor. The fillets are carefully trimmed by hand to remove all the dark meat, slice into thin slices and seal them in a vacuum to make them fresher.
Ingredients:
Farmed Atlantic Salmon (Salmo Salar), FISH, salt, brown sugar and natural oakwood smoke. Gravadlax dressing: Dill, cracked white pepper, rapeseed oil, lemon extract. Sauce Sachet: Honey, MUSTARD and dill.

Storage:
Perishable. Keep refrigerated at 3ºC. Once opened, use, within 4 days and consume before use by date.
