Quinoa is New World rice. Rich in protein and associated with cereals, it replaces meat or fish in the diet.
Called “Rice of the Incas quinoa has been cultivated for more than 5,000 years B.C. Quinoa is used as a cereal, although it is part of the chenopodiaceae, like spinach and beetroot.
Cooked in 10 minutes, you can add it as an accompaniment to cereals and vegetables for a complete dish, or cook it for tabbouleh, salad or even dessert.

May contain traces of gluten and soya.
Storage:
Store in a dry and fresh place away from light.
Preparation Suggestion:
Pour 160g of quinoa into 500ml boiling water and leave it to cook for about 10 minutes. Drain it, stir and season to taste.
