Quinoa seeds look like small, slightly yellow, red or black discs, depending on the variety.
A very complete source of protein, vitamins and antioxidants, it is also very easy to prepare. Red Quinoa is firmer when cooked and has a stronger flavour than white quinoa. It can be mixed with meat and fish and can also be eaten in salads.

Preparation Suggestion:
Pour 160g of quinoa into 500ml boiling water and leave it to cook for about 10 minutes. Drain it, stir and season to taste.
