This Sabarot Bottle of Prestige Premium Mix contains mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles and Black trumpet mushrooms. Selected with the utmost care, these mushrooms will provide to your dishes an authentic and original flavour.
Ingredients:
Dried Boletus mushrooms (Suilus luteus or granulatus), dried Pleurotus mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), dried Black mushrooms (Auricularia auricula judae), dried Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), hand picked. Subject to desiccation.
Preparation Suggestion:
Rehydration instructions: Place in water for 30 minutes. Rinse in a slotted spoon and use as fresh mushrooms.
Usage Suggestions:
Goes with meat, poultry or vegetables dishes.
