Handmade in ancient copper pots, Sabarot’s fregola has a true taste of tradition. A type of pasta from Sardinia, Pasta Fregola Sarda is a small pearl of toasted durum wheat. It can be cooked like rice pilaf and is perfect in risottos or salads.

Store in a dry and fresh place away from light.
Preparation Suggestion:
You can prepare Fregola as Risotto: cook it in boiling water 15 min. Drain it and then, pour it in a pan with cream, parmesan and a knob of butter. Stir and season to taste.
