Sabarot exclusively offers the Forbidden Black Rice. This rice reserved exclusively for the Chinese emperor and therefore only consumed in the Forbidden City, has a nutty flavour.
In addition to being tasty, this forbidden rice has a high nutritional value (rich in essential amino acids, antioxidants, fibres and minerals).
So enjoy it: in a salad, as a side dish or even as dessert!

Storage:
Store in a dry and fresh place away from light.
Preparation Suggestion:
Pour 120g of rice into 240ml boiling water and leave it to cook for about 20 minutes. Stir ans season to taste.
