A naturally gluten-free seed, amaranth is rich in protein and calcium. It is ideal for vegetarians and people who want to reduce their meat consumption. It goes well with vegetable dishes.

Storage at room temperature, in a dry and ventilated place.
Preparation Suggestion:
Cooking: pour one volume of amaranth in two volumes of water. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes until the water is completely absorbed in the pan.
