Product Description
The Real Conservera Española’s gourmet preserves of sea urchin roe are a delight to the palate. This product is a highly coveted delicacy and is increasingly recognised by the most demanding palates.
The sea urchin roe comes from Aguiño, in the northern part of the Arousa estuary. During the elaboration of this preserves, they follow a laborious and careful process, the roe is manually extracted from the sea urchins from the Galician rías. They are then washed with sea water to be packaged by hand. This process is always carried out in the proper season, between January and March, to guarantee the best quality.
It is recommended to use as an ingredient for savoury pastas and, in general, for any Italian dish. Likewise, it is also usually consumed as an ingredient for delicious scrambled eggs.
Ingredients:
Sea Urchin roes, water, onion, lemon, salt and bay leaf.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once the container is opened, keep it in refrigerator, consume within 24h.
Usage Suggestions:
It is recommended to use as an ingredient for tasty pastas and, in a general sense, for any Italian dish. In the same way, it is also usually consumed as an ingredient for delicious scrambled eggs.
